Social Psychology and Marketing with Dr. Tommy Whittler

Hello Psychology Students!

Help us pack Neumiller Hall THIS Wednesday, October 16th, at 4:30 p.m., for an EXCELLENT speaker.  Dr. Whittler is an alumni of Bradley University's Psychology Department.

Dr. Whittler will be speaking about several topics including the impact of a model's race on advertising, strategies for personal selling, and personality and consumers' willingness to haggle prices in the marketplace.

In his own words, Dr. Whittler would like to "show how psychology has been used in marketing to create a discipline called consumer behavior."

Come join us for a showing of Silver Linings Playbook.  The movie starts at 7 pm in Bradley 125.

Dr. Roberts will be joining us to do a short analysis of psychological aspects of the movie.

Shack-A-Thon

This Wednesday, the 25th, is Shack-A-Thon.

Psychology Club and Psi Chi will be building a shack again this year.  We will be starting at noon on Olin Quad.  Come out and help us build our shack.  Everyone is welcome to stay overnight with us.

Subway Night

Hello Psychology Students!

We are having our Subway Night this Wednesday (18th) at our Campustown Subway from 4 to 8 p.m.

Come eat dinner, chat with fellow members, network, and have fun!  We'll be selling our awesome t-shirts for $5.  The more the merrier - half of the proceeds from the night will be returned to our Psychology Department.
